Nokia E72, E75 leaked shots and video surface
Here are some leaked shots of what could be the next E-series phones from Nokia. The E72 has some resemblance to the E51, but slide it sideways and it reveals a full QWERTY keypad. The phone itself already looks quite small so I can just imagine how hard it would be to use its full [...]
Nokia N79 video review in The Phones Show 65
The Phones Show 65 is out now (used to be The Smartphones Show), with a surprisingly positive (I didn't think I'd like it from the initial photos) video review of the Nokia N79, more generic musings on the advisability of Xenon flash and a review of iPhone-wannabe, the Samsung Tocco.

Nokia 6650, Sony Ericsson W760a, others coming to AT&T in coming weeks
Filed under: Handsets, Motorola, Nokia, Pantech, Samsung, ATT, Symbian, GSM, EDGE, HSDPA, UMTSSo we've gotten a little more clarity on the situation with AT&T's next round of releases since we reported on pricing earlier today, and in a nutshell, things are looking up -- it's already mid-September, and it turns out that every single one of the phones we mentioned is scheduled to ship before the end of October. Specifically, the cheapo Samsung a637 should hit any minute now, followed by the Motorola V9x and the Nokia 6650 toward the end of this month; the Sony Ericsson W760a and Pantech C740 Matrix, meanwhile, are the stragglers of the bunch with releases planned for late October. Let's see how closely they can hold to this, shall we?[Thanks, Kal]Permalink | Email this | Comments

In a bid to recycle mobile phones, Nokia has introduced automated kiosks across the central Klang Valley of Malaysia. A recent study made by Nokia showed that only 3 percent of respondents recycle their mobile phone. Nokia Malaysia’s environmental coordinator, Nellie Abdullah, said: “We’ve been at the forefront of driving environmental initiatives in the mobile industry [...]
Nokia E-series E75 and E72 cell phones leaked
This is hot news indeed. Ramalho Blog has unearthed an authentic-looking promo for two new Nokia devices, the E75 and E72. The E72 has a silde-out QWERTY keypad while maintaining some semblance to the already available E71 and the E75 has a QWERTY keypad below the display.

Wintereinbruch?
