Install Guide

Installation from Desktop using MSI file.

Desktop installation file will automatically install this application on your device (Windows Mobile-based Pocket PC/SmartPhone as well as optional desktop components on your desktop PC.

  1. Download appropriate install setup file.
  2. Make sure that you have Microsoft ActiveSync (for Windows XP or older) or Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Center (for Windows Vista) installed on your desktop computer.
  3. Make sure that you have Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package or SDK installed on your desktop computer.
  4. Make sure that you have Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 2.0 Redistributable (included in Windows Mobile 6.0) installed on your device.
  5. Insert your device into the craddle (connect the USB cable) and check if ActiveSync/WM Device Center is connected
  6. Run executable file you just downloaded to start installation.
  7. Installation from your device.

Installation from Device using CAB file.

Device installation CAB will install all necessary components of this application on your Pocket PC/Smartphone device.

  1. Download appropriate installation CAB file.
  2. Copy the CAB file into your Pocket PC/Smartphone device.
  3. If you have your device connected to Internet, you can skip the above steps and download the CAB file directly to your Pocket PC.
  4. Make sure that you have Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 2.0 Redistributable (included in Windows Mobile 6.0) installed on your device.
  5. Run the CAB file on your device.
